How do you get brick wall? Since you get the stats then shrine of order. How the fuck are you supposed to roll it when you have the stats but you have to over invest points for a card roll therefore ruining your build. Am i stupid am I missing something?

This is a race based build since you cant get 30 int and 30 str at the same time on some race since it will miss out some stat for 30 weapon so yeah just get 25 int and not 30

id say drop the viscosity enchant if you're running payback cuz the damage keeps on subtracting even after you've healed
